12 month contract
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will oversee the timely implementation of EDI & Claims Solution enhancements, involving analysis of platform capabilities, business processes, and end-to-end testing, including client UAT support.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is crucial to ensure test solutions meet requirements. You will work closely with IT developers and Product Analysts to provide oversight on testing development solutions. Additionally, you will engage with development and product teams to test requirements across various domains, focusing on test automation, database manipulation, functional specification testing, and UAT support.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Test Analysis
Gain deep knowledge of platform functionality and business processes.
Collaborate with customers to ensure testing meets requirements.
Document test artifacts and ensure regulatory compliance.
Test & Preparation
Define acceptance criteria and review business requirements.
Produce testing artifacts and conduct root cause analysis for claims.
Project Management
Manage projects and stakeholders with effective communication and training.
Perform risk analysis and create mitigation plans.
Ensure timely project delivery and coordinate NZ SAP testing.
Customer Service
Oversee the Overdue Deduction Register (ODR) and ensure timely claim processing.
Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues.
Handle additional customer service duties as needed.
