Te tūranga | The role:
We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Queenstown.
As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.
This is a Permanent position working 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
You will be busy serving customers each day via a number of channels, while also maintaining the branch operations.

Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying.
