As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be responding to customer queries and requests around our billing and metering solutions and working with the delivery teams to drive business outcomes.


About the Role:

  • Ensure all client queries are dealt with as effectively and efficiently as possible.
  • Liaise with Customer Delivery and Product Delivery to reach are solution on queries.
  • Support implementation of software changes as part of a cross functional agile team.
  • Ensure all Customer SLA’s are met.
  • Work with the Customer Success Manager to identify ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Establish strong business relationships with support staff within in our customers organisations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation required to facilitate delivery of our services.
  • Support the Sales team with pre-sales activities as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in providing support to customers, including triage of incidents and problems over the phone.
  • Microsoft office, SQL.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training, to external customers and internal staff is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills and being a good listener.
  • Experience of the utilities domain specifically around billing and metering.
  • Experience of delivery within a crossed skilled agile team.
  • Previous IT support experience.
