Hato Hone St John is New Zealand's leading medical alarm provider and is recommended most often by GPs. The technology we use is amongst the very best and ensures people get the help they need quickly.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for actioning customer enquiries about their St John Medical Alarms in a timely manner; as well as providing a consistent and high-quality service to the Telecare Field Force team, ensuring they have the right information and support to deliver an effective service to our customers.
This is a chance for you to gain valuable experience and build on your expertise in customer care within a hard-working team that provide administration, sales and customer service support as well as build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
This role is full-time (40 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract, ending 27 February 2026. Hours are Monday to Friday, weekly rotating 8am-4.30pm and 9.30am-6pm. If suitable, your training could be completed between 9am-5.30pm to give you exposure to both ends of the work day.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- The ability to manage numerous and sometimes competing priorities
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Energy, drive and initiative and be a team player
The most important attributes we are looking for is attitude and the willingness to learn.
