As a Customer Experience Owner (CXO), you'll lead squads to deliver connected experiences that meet customer and employee needs while driving business value. You'll balance incremental improvements with bold innovation, foster a safe learning culture, and ensure outcomes align with strategic goals.
You'll work collaboratively across tribes, platforms, and leadership teams to manage risks, remove blockers, and maintain visibility of outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in shaping roadmaps, refining backlogs, and enabling delivery excellence through ASB's work model.
