He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga | About the role
- Full time, Thursday-Monday role
- Allocate referrals to the nursing team within strict service delivery timeframes
- Maintain knowledge of and convey the nursing contracts and requirements in a clear, concise and timely manner across the clinical teams and referral centre
- Maintain and build effective relationships with ACC, GP Practices, clients, staff and stakeholders
- Maintain a working knowledge of service capability within the geographic areas to enable accurate and expeditious referral and service response
- Assist in the maintenance of the nurse's schedules and allocation of clients
- Deliver a high-quality customer focused service and in a highly flexible service response environment
- Develop and implement solutions to day to day service delivery issues
- Develop cooperative and cohesive working relationships with nurses and the nursing leadership team
- Provide reporting and administrative support as directed by the team leader and/ or management team.

- Understanding of clinical environments

- Ability to plan and prioritise when working under pressure
