Days of Work would be Sunday to Thursday
About the role
We are looking for an All-Star Duty Manager who can motivate, inspire and excite our team. Responsible for ensuring the customer gets a first-class experience, by ensuring freshness and quality of produce and outstanding personal service at all times of the day.
The role includes making sure all departments are running well while on duty, merchandising store as needed, helping out with customer enquiries and closing up the store at the end of the day.
About you
You must have experience delivering an outstanding store experience and have a friendly and approachable manner to staff and customers. The ability to think quickly, jump into any department and work closely together to make this place shine is essential!
Must have as part of the job:
- Valid managers certificate (ideal but not essential)
- Experience in management in retail (supermarket ideal)
