Your role
As an ECE Kaiako (12-month fixed term, starting 17th November 2025), you will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. You'll have the opportunity to:

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a registered and certificated ECE kaiako with proven teaching experience
- Be passionate about early childhood education and play-based learning
- Have a strong commitment to bicultural practice, with confidence in integrating te ao Māori into teaching and learning
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong partnerships with whānau and colleagues
- Be flexible, collaborative, and able to adapt to the needs of tamariki and the teaching team
- Demonstrate sound planning, assessment, and documentation practices to support high-quality outcomes
- Share our passion for sustainability and naturally weave kaitiakitanga into teaching and learning experiences Hold a current first aid certificate
