Salva D’or restaurant is looking for an experienced person to control the floor (Duty manager/supervisor)
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and energetic Front of House professional to join our team at Salvador Restaurant. This is a key leadership role where you’ll be overseeing floor operations and managing a small, dedicated team.
What we’re after:
- Proven experience in a busy restaurant environment
- Confident in running the floor and ensuring smooth service
- Able to lead, motivate, and support front of house staff
- Fast on your feet, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be reliable, well-presented, and ready to step up when needed
- Must be able to make drinks hot/cold
