We are currently seeking a high performing individual to join us as one of our valued Grocery Assistants on a Fixed-Term Contract for 6 months for Maternity Cover.
If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you! As a team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience.
You will be working with a team with a mix of the following tasks and responsibilities:
- stripping pallets of product deliveries and stacking them in the appropriate storeroom shelves
- making sure the display shelves in your designated aisles are appropriately stocked and well presented
- regularly checking your designated areas and facing up appropriately with minimum disruption to customers
- helping and assisting customers with their enquiries and taking them to the product when required
- undertaking housekeeping duties as required
- assist in other departments when required
You will be playing an important role in the store, so you need to bring with you the following attributes in order to succeed:
- excellent communication skills - must be able to clearly communicate and interact with customers

- physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, lift and move heavy objects up to a maximum of 25kg, and stand for extended periods.
Full time hours: Sunday - Thursday. 4:00am - 1:00pm
Fixed Term for 6 Months.
