You will be responsible for defining and leading the technology strategy and architecture roadmap, directly shaping your pillar. You will have end-to-end ownership, responsible for setting architecture governance to overseeing practical execution, you will own the lifecycle of the enterprise architecture function

To qualify you will bring:

• 10+ years extensive experience in Strategic and Enterprise architecture roles
• Expertise in architecture frameworks with proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-scale architecture framework within a large, complex organisation.
• Industry experience will include Telco – Infrastructure/Networking, you will have worked in a product environment with a track record working with Software / Integration while also maintaining a strong Security presence.
• Ability to lead architectural governance, Security by Design and Risk management
• Thought leadership, with an inclusive leadership style and a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels, including executive leaders and external partners.
• High EQ, calm under pressure with a pragmatic and outcomes-based mindset
• Practical business mindset in helping the business determine their architecture landscape
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams fostering a high-performance culture
• Strong commercial acumen, you will be responsible for Budgets, CAPEX & Opex planning and Vender Management & Selection
