Job Description

Our Z sites are the customer-facing part of our business and bring the Z offering to life! Our whole Retail team perform an important role ensuring that our Z sites can deliver what our customers want and need, safely and effectively. Our Z Retailers operate as independent business owners and as the Hoa Umanga Haumaru, Oranga, Tūraru Safety, Wellbeing & Risk Business Partner you will work closely with them to embed systems and structures that manage risk as well as building capability.

In this role you will continue with the mahi that is embedded at Z, ensuring that the culture, capability and systems required to understand the risks that we choose to take and the ways that those risks are managed are in line with Z’s organisational risk management system, legal obligations, and good practice.

What we can offer you

The base salary range for this role is $152,100 to $178,950 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
