Aspen Landscapes Ltd is locally owned and operated. We service the Wellington Region and have done so for over 20 years. We have a loyal fan base and some great gardens and backyards for you to learn your trade-in.
Recently we have promoted a number of our dedicated/competent apprentices to more senior roles, we are now looking at bringing on new team members.
Position Details:
- Hours: 44 hours per week (weekend work optional)
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- We’re aiming to fill this role with a full-time, permanent team member, but the position will start as casual while we find the right fit.
- Tools, uniform, PPE, and work boot allowance provided
- Sociable, fun, and positive workplace where teamwork and a great attitude are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside experienced gardeners to provide exceptional garden maintenance services to high-end residential and commercial properties.
Opportunities to work in our Construction Team. These tasks will be varied and may include various labouring tasks, large-scale planting projects, and other hard landscaping activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
Good level of fitness and a "can-do attitude"
Have a clean Driver’s License and be able to drive a manual vehicle
Experience working with power tools and gardening equipment, such as weed eaters, lawn mowers, pole trimmers and chainsaws (but not limited to).
Be punctual and polite
Enjoy providing great customer service
Be enthusiastic about your work and be a brand ambassador for the company
Be tidy and organised
Be a good listener
