Are you ready to play a key role in shaping how HWR works with people and data? We're rolling out a new Human Resources Information System (the Engine Room) , and we're looking for a passionate and capable HRIS Advisor to lead this exciting change.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created role where you'll take ownership of HRIS System administration, optimisation, and user support across the Group. You'll work closely with divisional champions, managers, and teams to embed best practice, drive process improvements, and ensure the Engine Room delivers efficiency to HWR.
You'll also be the go-to person for:
- Training and supporting staff to get the best from the system.
- Query Management from the business.
- Working with vendors and IT partners to enhance system functionality.
- Supporting our People Strategy and shaping future modules.
