Tradify, a high-growth SaaS company headquartered in Auckland, is looking for an energetic and sales-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join their team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and helping them understand how Tradify's software can improve their trade businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Reach out to trialists and potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Present and demonstrate Tradify's software to trialists and potential customers
- Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact to drive conversions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales process and improve customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills
- A passion for sales and a desire to exceed targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Highly organized, with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Flexibility to work some late shifts to speak to our ANZ trialists
