We are a leading IT solution company based in South Auckland, providing comprehensive services including commissioning and decommissioning of IT equipment, sales, and servicing of IT and handheld devices such as mobile phones and security cameras.
Position Overview:
There are two full-time positions for experienced IT Support Specialists to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to
- Proficient in IT equipment support, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Skilled in repair and assembly of computers, laptops, and other hardware.
- Familiarity with Windows OS software and software installation.
- Experience in web development & social media marketing is preferable.
- Serve a diverse client base including small to medium-sized businesses, home users, and educational institutions.
- Conduct hardware repairs on PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Provide exemplary customer support, service, and troubleshooting.
- Offer expert advice on IT-related matters to clients.
- Must be comfortable working weekends and able to work independently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least three years of relevant work experience or hold a minimum of a New Zealand Level 5 Diploma or an equivalent qualification in IT or a related field.
- This ensures that applicants possess either substantial practical experience or a recognized academic background in the field.
- Hourly rate: $31 - $40 per hour.
- Working hours: 30 to 35 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (shifts to be determined).
- You must able to work on the weekends and afterhours.
- Candidates may be required to undergo pre-employment drug screening and either be NZ resident/citizen or hold a valid work visa.
