About the Role

As a Junior Credit Writer, you’ll help prepare accurate, high-quality loan applications and assist clients with ongoing mortgage maintenance. You’ll work closely with our brokers, clients, and lenders to organise financial information, ensure documentation is complete, and present a clear picture of each client’s situation.

We’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow with us as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation and structuring of loan applications

  • Carrying out maintenance requests on existing mortgages including re-fixes and restructures

  • Reviewing client documents such as income verification and bank statements

  • Communicating with brokers and clients to clarify or gather missing information

  • Ensuring applications are accurate, well-presented, and meet lender requirements

  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and application tracking
