Our Kauri site was established in 1989 and is Fonterra’s northernmost site. The site produces a range of milk powders, butters, AMF and a range of specialty products. Kauri’s Skim Milk Powder evaporator remains the largest single stage evaporator in NZ!

When our products are ready to ship, we are supported by our team of professional forklift drivers. With safety, customer service and quality at the forefront, their role is crucial in ensuring that we keep our dairy products moving around New Zealand and the world.
We have an exciting opportunity available for a professional forklift operator to join the team at our Kauri. You will need to be passionate about what you do, and you will be future focused on making a positive contribution to our business every day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading pallets to ensure they are stored correctly.
- Picking/packing and sending products to the correct location efficiently and accurately.
- Effective fleet management.
- Stock quality management.
We have 3 roles available.
Two will be rostered day shift, Monday – Friday 6am – 3pm and every 3rd Saturday 5am – 11am.
The 3rd role will be a 4x4 rostered Days
