He kupu mō mātou | About usDairyFert is a Fonterra business unit that has provided a support service to most of Fonterra's Waikato sites for over 20 years. This service includes the management of dairy by-products either transported to customers for stock food, farm blocks to be used as fertiliser or waste water treatment plants for further processing.
Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunityOur Drivers are professionals committed to delivering customer service and safety. You will be part of a team of around 30 drivers carting different types of loads from Fonterra sites to various locations.
This is a 7-month fixed-term position, typically working a 5-days-on, 3-days-off day shift roster. During our 3-month peak season, the roster temporarily shifts to 6 days on and 2 days off to meet operational needs
Mōu | About youWe really want to know that you are passionate about what you do and about being part of our team, so you will need to have:
- Have a clean, full Class 5 licence
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience driving heavy vehicles
- Ideally have experience driving on country roads
- In paddock and tipper experience is highly advantageous
