We’re looking for a visionary Lead Software Engineer - 365 to drive the evolution of our enterprise-wide strategic platform. This is more than a technical role—it’s a leadership opportunity to shape architecture, inspire teams, and deliver transformative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (D365).
As a key technical leader, you’ll set the direction for scalable, resilient systems across a modern tech stack including Azure, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end frameworks. You’ll foster collaboration across Agile squads, champion engineering excellence, and mentor the next generation of developers.

- A proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams with clarity and purpose.
- Strategic thinking in defining architecture and development best practices.
- Ownership of the full development lifecycle—from planning to delivery—with a focus on performance and reliability.
- A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with design, QA, product, and engineering leadership.
- Passion for clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Experience implementing automation frameworks and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Confidence in leading technical discussions and aligning squads to strategic goals.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, modernisation, and DevOps excellence.
- A drive to simplify and accelerate delivery of resilient software.
Me aha ahau kia angitu? | What do I need to be successful?
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (D365), including model-driven apps, plugin development, and PCF.
- Demonstrated experience leading software engineering teams, including mentoring, code reviews, and technical direction.
- Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS components (Logic Apps, Functions) and integration practices.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Git, Visual Studio, and VS Code.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Azure Document Intelligence or Power Platform AI Builder.
- Bonus: Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or VueJS.
You’ll also be confident in:
- Leading solution design and technical delivery
- Driving code quality and engineering best practices
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues
- Creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation
