Job Description
Our Design team plays a key role in delivering products that inspire and excite, turning "affordable desirable" into a reality, across apparel to home and general merchandise, we create high-quality, on-trend designs that resonate with our customers.
As License Admin and Junior Designer, your role will have a strong focus on administration and coordination of the sign off process of all our licensed products – working between our manufacturers and licensors to ensure all sign offs, artwork and designs have the right approvals. This position is ideal for a junior designer/recent graduate with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, great at keeping processes in line, and a keen interest in design. Working in a fast-paced commercial environment, you’ll support the team across licensing projects gain valuable exposure to the design process on the job.
Key responsibilities include:
- Licensing Administration: Managing approvals, documentation, and processes to ensure all licensing requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
- Project Coordination: Organising product samples, tracking design details, and ensuring critical paths and deadlines are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a central point of contact between designers, suppliers, and licensors to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Design Support: Assisting with artwork setup, amendments, and design tasks when needed.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:
- A design-related degree (graphic design or similar).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a focus on process management and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A genuine interest in licensing, design, and the product lifecycle.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
