Join our team as a Machine Operator on our Sub-Assembly line, where you’ll be responsible for operating machinery to cut and bend pipes for air conditioner manufacturing. This role operates from 3:15pm - 11:15pm, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Reporting to the Sub-Assembly Line Supervisor, this busy, hands-on role includes the following tasks:

Job Description
Join our team as a Machine Operator on our Sub-Assembly line, where you’ll be responsible for operating machinery to cut and bend pipes for air conditioner manufacturing. This role operates from 3:15pm - 11:15pm, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Reporting to the Sub-Assembly Line Supervisor, this busy, hands-on role includes the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate large and small cutters, Carson bend, and CNC machines for bending
- Brase and fabricate sub assembled components when cover is required
- Follow job sheets and engineering drawings
- Demonstrate and adhere to safe work practices
- Inspect components for quality assurance before delivery to the next department

Provide flexibility by working in all areas of production as needed
You will have experience and skillsets in the following:
- At least 3 years experience in Machine Operating
- Experience with machines for pipe work, cutting, and bending
- Ability to understand drawings specifying pipe length and diameter
- Computer literacy for programming machines
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and dimensions
- Strong understanding of safe work practices
