We’re looking for a Master Data Manager to join our Energy Services team. In this newly shaped role, you'll take the lead in managing, maintaining, and improving the quality and consistency of our critical business data, from customers and suppliers to products and assets. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision-making across the business.
- Own the master data governance framework and ensure compliance
- Lead data maintenance and quality initiatives across ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data needs
- Oversee reporting, analytics, and master data performance KPIs
- Support system upgrades, automation, and integration of MDM tools
- Guide and develop your team, driving continuous improvement and performance
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, MDM, or similar roles
- Strong ERP/MDM system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Dynamics)
- Qualifications in Information Systems, Data Management, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and a drive for data excellence
- Great communication skills and ability to lead change
