We’re looking for a values-driven National Laboratories and Quality Manager to lead our laboratory and quality operations across New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of materials testing and product development in a supportive, people-first environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all lab and quarry sites.
- Inspire and empower teams to deliver excellence in testing, innovation, and customer service.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- Lead strategic planning, product development, and quality system implementation.
- Represent Winstone Aggregates in industry groups and client engagements.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience in quarrying, civil engineering, or laboratory operations.
- Proven leadership in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Deep knowledge of ISO17025, LIMS, and materials testing standards.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for mentoring, innovation, and making a positive impact.
