We are looking for a Night Supervisor to join our team at Caltex Tirau, a busy fuel and retail site operated by Serpkiwi LLC Limited, an Accredited Employer under Immigration New Zealand’s AEWV program.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity suited for candidates with excellent customer service and supervisory skills who are comfortable working night shifts independently.
- Oversee night operations from closing to handover (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Serve customers and process fuel and retail transactions
- Maintain security protocols (site lock-up, safety procedures)
- Restock shelves and fridges as required
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the store, forecourt, and toilets
- Handle emergency situations with confidence and professionalism
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and morning handovers
- Experience in a retail or fuel station environment (preferred)
- Ability to lead independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and reliable for overnight work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Fluent English and right attitude for safety and responsibility
- Hours: 40 hours per week minimum (5–6 night shifts per week)
- Location: Caltex Tirau, SH1, Tirau, South Waikato
- Remuneration: $30.00/hour (minimum pay as per job check)
