About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Stylist who’s ready to step up into a Salon Manager role—or already thriving in one. At Akobe, you'll have the opportunity to take creative ownership, mentor junior stylists, and manage day-to-day salon operations in a boutique environment that values style, soul, and service.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality styling, cutting, and colouring services
- Provide a premium client experience with every appointment
- Lead, motivate, and support a small team of stylists
- Oversee scheduling, stock management, and salon presentation
- Help shape promotions, client events, and community engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience at senior stylist level
- Confidence in all aspects of hairdressing (cuts, colour, treatments)
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- A proactive, positive mindset
- A passion for team culture and ongoing learning
- Stock and salon management
