As the Nurse Leader – Workforce Development & Learning, you will lead with courage, foster innovation, and build collaboration across Hospital and Specialist Services. This position has strategic oversight of the Practice Development Group and plays a central role in growing Toi Ora competent nursing workforce that is responsive, future-ready, and grounded in equity.
You will bring experience in embedding Te Tiriti o Waitangi into health systems and processes, champion culturally safe, evidence-informed workforce initiatives aligned with national and regional priorities.
