NZ Forest Enterprise Ltd is a timber exporting & wholesaling business located in Auckland. We are looking for an office manager to join our busy team.
Location of Work: Auckland
Type of employment: Permanent position, at least 30 hours per week
Days required: Monday to Saturday & working in the evening is required
Pay: $30-34 per hour based on qualification and experience
Key Tasks:
- Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Managing records and accounts of the office
- Handing inquires and concerns from clients
- Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment
- Managing payroll, accounting tasks and financials
- Monitoring and managing staff and workload
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Providing training for staff and addressing employment concerns
Successful applicants will have:
- At least three-year experience in business management
- Good command of Mandarin (both speaking and writing) as you will be dealing with Chinese clients/importers
- Proficient in office software
- Be able to work at the evening due to the time zone difference
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to work under pressure & have a hard working attitude
