New World Milford is looking for a keen, reliable person to join our Online Team as a supervisor, an opportunity to grow your career in the supermarket industry.
You will be joining a friendly and customer-focused team that looks after hundreds of our valued online customers. As an online shopper Supervisor, you will be helping fulfill customer online orders by filling shopping carts with products according to the list you will be given, getting it checked by a buddy, Contacting the customers on substitutions, out of stocks and customer queries and then stored in the loading area ready for delivery to customers or collected on their selected time slot. Additionally, you will assist the grocery team to replenish stock.
What does this look like?
Here is what the job role will include but not limited to:
- Ensure items picked, packed, processed and invoiced for a customer’s order is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure orders are labelled and checked, stored securely, recorded and temperature checked.
- Effectively resolve all customer related enquiries and complaints
- Effectively plan, monitor and prioritise work progress from the start of the picking order life cycle
- Manage, motivate, train and support the Online team
Hours available:
Sunday to Thursday 6am-2.30pm
Here's what you'll need:
- A high level of task commitment
- A fast learner
- Good command of written and spoken English
- A driver's license – you’ll be able to get out and about doing deliveries.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good basic Math's and sound computer skills
- The ability to prioritize and multitask consistently to meet deadlines.
- Physically fit with the endurance to stand and walk for long hours.
- Customer service driven – you’ll spend a lot of time helping our customers.
- Be reliable, we are a close team and you’ll be missed if you’re not here!
- Have a good work ethic!
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times.
