About this role:
Join ANZCO Foods Waitara in this permanent part time role, 30 hours Monday to Friday, as the Operations and Pastoral Care Administrator. Reporting to the Site Manager, this position is responsible for the administration and support to the Operations and migrant workers at ANZCO Foods Waitara.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare production and quality data reports
- Support the management team with recruitment
- Support the migrant workers on site by assisting with induction to the site and community
- Support the H&S team with site inductions
- Assist the Site Manager with visitors to site
- Support with compliance and social accountability audits
- Any other reasonable tasks requested by the Site Manager
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Proven time management and organization skills
- At least 1 - 2 years administration experience
- A strong understanding of employment relations requirements
- Computer literacy, including MS office applications
- Able to manage the responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material with discretion
