Job Description
Our JB's Cafe offers a great range of food and beverages, a variety of which is prepared on-site each day. From homemade sweets to a range of salads, there's something for everyone. At JB’s, we pride ourselves on offering a setting for customers to enjoy.
As a Cafe Assistant, you will be working Front of House alongside our experienced Hospitality Team, providing exceptional service to our customers, and able to multitask ensuring our customers always have a warm and welcoming experience. You will be a dynamic individual: open to clearing down tables; assisting on the coffee machine or POS; helping back of house; and assist with occasional open and close shifts alongside the team.

The successful applicant will have:
- Previous customer service experience - essential
- Experience working in a busy café environment - desirable
- Experience assisting with food and baking preparation - desirable
- Barista skills
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage.
- Has a high level of presentation.
- A can-do attitude, be flexible and a great team player.
- Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service.
Additional Information
This is a permanent part time opportunity with a minimum of 12 hours per week including weekends.
