About the Role
This exciting role is a vital part of the Gisborne Hospital Pharmacy Department and is part of a high functioning, supportive and forward thinking team. The role includes dispensing prescriptions (inpatient and outpatient), ordering medications, completing ward stock levels and taking medication histories with inpatients on the wards.

About the Team/Service/ Location
This is a Pharmacy Hospital role in which you will be supported by pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and a pharmacy assistant.

About you
It is expected that applicants will have excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to work well within a small team and high accuracy with great attention to detail.
- Pharmacy technician qualification or willingness to train towards
- Sound written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team, with great time management
- Accurate keyboard and data entry skills and attention to detail
