You will be involved in delivering our 3 Waters capital and renewal works programme through development of scopes, project briefs and procurement plans, preparing tender documentation and engaging and leading external consultants and contractors to deliver high quality, on-time and cost effective solutions.

Our ideal applicant will be an experienced 3 Waters engineer and/or 3 Waters project manager with knowledge of project management frameworks, systems and practices and will have excellent communication, consultation and negotiation skills. Proven budget management experience, including in cost estimation, cash flow control and financial reporting is also essential. You will be personable, confident, have a great sense of humour, and enjoy working within a high performing team.
