Processing Officer | Permanent Part-Time | Paeroa
- $26.10 per hour paid fortnightly + nightshift rate ($3.29 per hour between the hours of 8pm and 6am)
- Tuesday to Satuday 0130 to 0600
- Location: 6 Lee Avenue, Paeroa
We are looking for a motivated person to join our team. We work hard as a team, where getting to know your colleagues and having fun on the way is all part of the role.
As a Processing Officer, you are critical in ensuring our customer's parcels are sorted, processed and dispatched correctly to be delivered on time. This role is based in our Paeroa Delivery Branch at 6 Lee Avenue, Paeroa.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Handle and sort parcels in a careful and professional manner
- Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required
- This is a job where you really contribute to our business and our customers experience
Shift available:
Tuesday to Saturday: 0130 - 0600
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be ready for a very physically demanding role (lifting up to 25KG)
- Have reliable transport to get to work on time (have a full NZ Drivers License)
- Be a natural team player that enjoys working as a team to put our customers first
- Be accurate with an eye for detail
- Have good geographical knowledge of Paeroa and New Zealand (ideal)
