Products and Sales Coordinator
Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About the role – Kōrero mō te tūranga
We're looking for a proactive Products Coordinator to deliver top-tier customer support and ensure smooth, timely processing of product orders. In this dynamic role, you'll support our e-commerce platforms, manage AED helpdesk enquiries, assign sales leads, and assist with inventory and dispatch to help us meet key service goals. You'll collaborate closely with our Sales and other First Aid teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and provide AED support—occasionally outside regular hours when needed.
This is an in-office role that offers flexibility when needed.
In this role you will:
- Respond to enquiries, assign sales leads, and follow up on quotes to maximise customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain the online product catalogue, support B2B logins, and ensure a seamless ecommerce experience.
- Support inventory control, process orders and quotes, manage stock takes, and liaise with suppliers and dispatch.
- Provide customer AED support (including after-hours when needed), manage device registrations, and coordinate parts replacement.
- Oversee AED rental logistics, invoicing, returns, and ensure devices meet RescueReady standards.
- Monitor systems for improvement opportunities and provide regular reporting to team leader and management.
Who are we looking for? – Mā wai te mahi nei?
To be successful you will have:
- Preferably have 5+ years in customer service or sales, ideally involving inventory and/or ecommerce management, or a related business qualification.
- Be a confident communicator with the ability to resolve issues, support customers, and work within a small team.
- Be comfortable using ecommerce platforms, CRMs, and ERPs (such as Shopify, Unleashed and Sage 300); and have a great attention to detail.
- Be able to lift stock in our warehouse (up to 25kg), prepare shipments and occasionally work outside standard hours when needed.
- Have a genuine connection to humanitarian values and an interest in social enterprise.
