As a Project Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between clients and project teams, managing the full lifecycle of high-impact projects. You’ll lead with confidence, mitigate risks before they arise, and deliver exceptional outcomes across a diverse portfolio of technically challenging projects, working within our Project Leaders Team.
This role is ideal for someone with intermediate project management experience who’s ready to step into a more pivotal, strategic position—especially if you’ve worked on seismic strengthening, industrial developments, or complex refurbishments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end project delivery—from planning and design through to construction and handover
- Manage consultant and contractor performance, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract administration
- Chair key meetings, track progress, and drive accountability
- Identify and mitigate project risks with foresight and precision
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Champion Colliers Project Leaders’ values and culture in every interaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally across the full project lifecycle
- Proven experience in seismic resilience, industrial, or refurbishment projects
- Strong skills in contract management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore/Aconex, Mastt)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- A desire to grow into a leadership role and mentor others
