What you will bring to the role
As our ideal Purchasing Officer, you'll bring a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational know-how, and personal initiative. You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings calm logic to complexity. With 5–10 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain—preferably within manufacturing, but not necessarily in the air conditioning business—you know how to navigate the demands of modern procurement.
Your confidence in using ERP systems (like Epicor or SAP), combined with high competency in Excel and Outlook, sets you up to manage large data sets with accuracy and precision. You're not just task-oriented—you understand the importance of clean, reliable data for sound decision-making.
You’ll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, bringing Lean Thinking principles to everyday processes. Your communication is sharp, your relationships are strong, and your mindset is growth-oriented. Whether you’re engaging with suppliers, coordinating logistics, or working with cross-functional teams, you’re proactive, inclusive, and results-driven.
If balancing multiple priorities with composure sounds like second nature to you—and you're motivated to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions—we want to hear from you.
