Real Guns Ltd are looking to hire a receptionist. As the front-line representative of Real Guns you will play a key role in welcoming clients, managing bookings, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily customer-facing activities. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, tourism-focused environment.
The pay range for this role is between $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience.
We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week. You must be available to work weekends and public holidays due to the nature of the operation. We are located at 1081 Cardrona Valley road; there is no public transport access and you must have access to a vehicle and the ability to get to our premises for work.
We require the successful candidate to have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Fluency in Mandarin is essential as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin speaking customers and tour groups.
Duties include:
- Greet and assist tourists, visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle inbound phone calls, emails and walk-in inquiries regarding tours, packages and bookings.
- Process tour reservations and manage booking schedules.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs ensuring compliance with ID verification and legal requirements.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing and record keeping.
- Assist Mandarin-speaking guests throughout their experience, ensuring a safe and enjoyable visit.
- Responsible for ensuring Mandarin-speaking guests understand the safety requirements and assist with translation of instructions from other employees.
- Assist with running and curating social-media content aimed at the Asian market (e.g. platforms such as WeChat, RedNote etc.)
