About the role
An exciting and immediate opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist to join our established team based in our East Tamaki plant.
You will be our first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers and will create a welcoming environment. You will create a positive and professional image for MCC and ensure our front of house communication is seamless.
In this varied and exciting role, you will:
- Welcome visitors and handle incoming phone calls, ensuring efficient redirection to appropriate teams.
- Manage mail distribution, office supplies (stationery, canteen essentials, uniforms), and inventory levels, including first aid and kitchen supplies.
- Organize filing systems, including purchase orders and specifications, while keeping company documentation and processes up to date.
- Assist with planning company events and activities and collaborate with external service providers for office equipment maintenance.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including uploading supplier invoices into the Ferret System, managing vendor statements, and conducting credit reference checks for trade debtors.
- Take on ad hoc duties as required to support office operations.
- Intermediate Microsoft office suite skill level especially Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Customer service & administration experience
