About the role

As a Recovery Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a caseload of clients requiring individual support due to the nature of their injuries or needs.
Our Recovery Teams work 1:1 with clients and act as the facilitator between Providers, Employers and Communities to assi8st with their recovery and remove roadblocks.
As a Recovery Coordinator you can also specialise in various areas.
For example:
Our Integrated Recovery team assists clients who have been unemployed long-term and possess favourable rehabilitation prospects. Each client is assigned a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to provide individualized support in injury recovery. Coordinators collaborate with providers, employers, and communities to facilitate recovery and remove barriers. The Integrated Recovery team supports clients with claims exceeding 365 days.
In this role you will:
- Work closely with recovering clients, their families, providers, and employers.
- Communicate via phone, email, or occasionally in person.
- Develop a comprehensive rehabilitation plan to address obstacles and promote recovery.
- Help clients achieve meaningful progress toward their goals.

Important Skills
- Excellent communication skills: Engage and support clients while explaining complex technical information clearly.
- Curious mindset: Eager to learn and apply complex legislation and technical details.
- Flexible and adaptable: Strong time management and ability to adjust plans for client needs.
- Personal resilience: Support clients in challenging circumstances without taking it home.
- Clean New Zealand driver’s license: Travel to clients as needed.
- Experience in case management or working in the public sector is a bonus but not a requirement!
What can I expect?
The starting salary for this role is $70,000 PLUS a 9% superannuation contribution, and we conduct annual performance reviews linked to pay increases. Our team receives a range of benefits including wellness and employee discount programmes. We are also committed to providing you:
