Job Title: Sales Assistant – Third in Charge (3IC)

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Sales Assistant – Third in Charge (3IC) to join our fast-paced fashion retail team in Chartwell. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a consistent 38-hour week from Tuesday to Saturday. As a key support to our Store Management Team, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service, supporting daily operations, and helping to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and promotions.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily tasks including cash handling, POS operation, product merchandising, and inventory management.
- Teamwork: Support and collaborate with Regional Managers, Store Management, and team members to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth operations.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in presenting the store and stock to a high standard.
- Safety & Compliance: Work to 100% health and safety compliance to ensure a happy and safe environment.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate speed and accuracy when processing stock and handling store tasks.
