The role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent risk and hazard awareness to join our Portfolio & Reinsurance team based in Auckland as a Risk Surveyor.
Responsibilities
- Developing, planning and executing a survey program for the Ando Commercial Property Portfolio
- Evolving Ando's Risk Survey Template
- Building and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders
- Assess insured and new insured risks to provide the underwriters with required underwriting information
Qualifications and experience
- At least 2-4 years’ of experience in commercial property underwriting, risk surveying exposure preferred.
- A strong track record in both end-customer and broker engagement.
- Confident in implementing Risk Survey Strategy
- Challenging the status quo to identify areas for business improvement.
- Excellent time management skills
