Part-Time Sales Assistant – Torpedo 7 Albany

Monday: 10am – 2pm
Friday: 10am – 2pm

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on team member who thrives behind the scenes and knows how to keep things moving. You’ll work closely with our Stockroom Controller to support the back-of-house operations—think stock management, organising deliveries, and ensuring our gear is ready to hit the shop floor.
We’re also after someone who’s confident jumping on the shop floor when needed - someone who’s adaptable, customer-focused, and always ready to lend a hand.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the stockroom: assisting with stock handling, processing deliveries, and keeping the space organised and efficient.
- Lending a hand on the floor: stepping in to help customers, support the team during busy times, and keep our shelves looking great.
- Being a team player: working closely with the wider store team to deliver smooth day-to-day operations.
- Staying flexible: able to switch gears between stockroom and sales floor as needed, with a positive, can-do attitude.
What You’ll Bring:
- A strong work ethic and comfort in physically active roles (lifting, unpacking, sorting stock).
- A team-first mindset—happy to support wherever you’re needed.
- Great communication skills and a friendly approach with both customers and teammates.
- Confidence on the shop floor, even if it's not your main focus.
- Passion for the outdoors and an eagerness to learn about the gear we sell.
