- Delivering exceptional customer service by connecting with shoppers and answering questions
- Processing sales accurately and efficiently, maintaining inventory and stock levels
- Supporting visual merchandising and promotional displays to keep the store looking sharp
- Keeping the store tidy and maintaining high customer service standards before and after sales
- Collaborating with your team to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute ideas in team meetings
- Staying adaptable and resilient during busy or changing store conditions
- A genuine passion for retail and delighting customers
- A positive, “glass half full” attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and a dynamic retail role
- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
