Sales Associate - Manawa Bay
We currently have vacancies in our R.M.Williams team for full-time and part-time Sales Associates at our new Manawa Bay store. The role will see you working as part of a team supporting Store Management to create a profitable business.
This brand-new store is projected to open in late September/early October 2025. The successful candidate will be required to complete training at one of our existing Auckland stores prior to the opening.
The ideal candidates will have experience working for a footwear or premium fashion retailer and will be responsible for the following:
- Providing customer care by welcoming and equipping them with product knowledge, expert advice and a memorable store experience
- Actively selling products and developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Providing follow up and after sales care to customers
- Assisting the Store Manager with daily tasks
- Working towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure the store is kept presentable and in-line with Visual Merchandising standards to maximise sales potential

- Ability to learn quickly and develop exceptional product knowledge across our range of fashion, footwear and accessories
