Job Description
We have 2 fixed-term opportunities commencing early October, concluding March 31st, 2026. You will be working with the international womenswear brand Seasalt Cornwall. This role is largely based in the Barrington mall location, where you will work closely with your team to maintain the store and assist customers through expert product knowledge.
To be successful in your application, fashion retail experience is essential. If you have a track record of delighting customers through your genuinely kind advice, bubbly personality and exceptional fashion knowledge, to achieve retail sales targets, we want to hear from you!
You will enjoy interacting with our customers, having the confidence to provide that one-on-one service to advise on the latest trends or show off your product knowledge. You will enjoy working as part of a team while being passionate, motivated and committed to achieving high standards at all times.
You will be adaptable, you will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked.
The ideal applicants will have the following attributes:
- Previous retail experience
- A genuine love for fashion
- Be helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to assist our customers.
- Passionate about working with quality merchandise
- Be confident and enthusiastic.
- Great teamwork skills
