Specialising in Outdoor Furniture, Barbeques, Heating and Cooling and more.
The focus of this role:
Provide advice to customers on outdoor furniture, sun umbrella's, barbeques, heating and cooling products, camping and related accessories.
Summary of duties:
- Assist in merchandising of all seasonal products
- Work with our customers to ensure product recommendations fit within their visionary requirements and budget specifications
- Offer product knowledge and recommendations to customers, around additional product accessories that might be required to meet their needs and requirements
- Basic knowledge of the products including installed heating product and related services (training will be provided)
- Demonstrate a high level of stock integrity awareness and merchandising standards
- Strong listening skills to ensure the customers' requirements/needs are fully understood
- Proactive and open to change
- Ability to work on own initiative
