Your Role
As Senior Account Manager, you will be in a revenue-focused role responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts. This position drives growth by increasing ARR through renewals and upsells, helping customers unlock the full value of Re-Leased’s product suite to support their business goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Increase ARR and maintain GRR of your managed accounts.
- Identify and execute expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Proactively build and maintain a positive relationship with all key customers.
- Develop strategic account plans to expand account value.
- Provide tailored solutions for our accounts through our suite of products and features.
- Champion the Re-Leased product internally and help educate our team on the value proposition we take to market.
- Facilitate upskilling opportunities for the customer base as required.
Your Experience
- Extensive experience working as an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Commercial Real Estate Industry experience or knowledge.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or Outreach).
- Ability to explain complex, technical concepts in simple, easy to understand terms.
- An understanding of the Re-Leased product and market within which we operate.
