Your typical day may include:
- Managing multiple clients and jobs concurrently
- Being in regular contact with clients and teams to ensure the smooth running of work.
- Identifying and providing insightful recommendations about a broad range of accounting and advisory issues in a timely manner.
- Dealing proactively with incoming correspondence/enquiries and responding as appropriate
- Entity secretarial assistance
- Prioritisation of a broad range of administration tasks
- Assisting with the creation of and updating reports for our clients and internal teams
- Develop and maintain effective and efficient office systems.
Qualifications
Your expertise:
Bring your accounting experience, preferably within a professional services environment to this varied role and see what impact you could make. You’ll also bring:
- 3 years’ + of experience relevant to the role
- Your CA qualification, or in final stages or working towards this.
- Experience in preparation of financial statements through to completion, management accounting, GST and annual tax returns.
- Proven ability to work in a business advisory capacity.
- Exceptional organisation and coordination skills within an administrative capacity
- Strong relationship building and communications skills, especially with senior people.
