About the role:
They are seeking a Senior Estimator with proven experience securing and winning work in the three waters sector. This role also includes responsibility for leading and developing a team of estimators.
The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years’ experience, pricing and bidding on projects such as pump stations, water treatment plants, watermains, and pipelines.
They will be detail-focused, commercially astute, and skilled at building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

- Circa 10-15 years’ experience as an Estimator (or other relevant role) ideally within the three waters space
- Strong attention to detail and proven relationship-building skills
- Local experience and NZ work rights are essential
